FAQ – Synchronous classes
Q: How many students are in each class?
A: We offer both group and 1-on-1 classes. Number of students in group classes depends on the students’ schedule and interest.
Q: What is the fee?
A: Fee is based on the grade level and subject. Please contact us for more information regarding the fees.
Q: What if my child misses a class? Can we have a make-up class?
A: If the sessions are conducted in a group setting, there will be no make-up classes. Credits or refunds are not given for missed days. With that said, make-up classes are allowed only under special circumstances.
On the other hand, if it’s a 1-on-1 class, you must notify us at least 2 hours before your scheduled class so the teacher can make necessary adjustments to his/her schedule.
